Modern, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Grounded in attachment work, the Gottman Method, and relational therapy — with real tools you can use between sessions.
I work with people of all ages on relationship development in every form — with partners, family, friends, and, maybe most importantly, with themselves. My approach blends deep clinical training with a genuinely modern, warm way of showing up in the room (or on the screen).
I studied Psychology at Vanderbilt University and earned my Master's in Applied Psychology from NYU, where I learned to hold both the science of therapy and the systems and culture that shape it. Early in my career I worked with clients ages 3 to 73 affected by the foster care system — work that shaped my belief that healing happens in relationship, and that people deserve tools they can actually use, not just an hour of talking.
Today my work is solution-oriented and collaborative. I send clients home with real resources between sessions — articles, podcasts, music, films — because growth doesn't stop when the timer does.
I draw from a handful of evidence-based approaches, chosen and blended based on what you actually need — not a one-size-fits-all script.
