Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Attachment-Focused Therapy
I am particularly equipped to help individuals with relationship-based concerns, including parent-child and romantic relationship issues, due to my training in attachment. I use Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches to help children and adults become more emotionally aware, secure in their relationships, and responsive to others.
Additionally, I have extensive experience working with foster and adoptive families, including having completed a two-year internship at New Alternatives for Children and training in an evidence-based treatment approach for children with attachment disorders.
